EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
No exchange or refund is made on the contact lenses because it is obviously impossible for us for reasons of hygiene to resell used lenses or opened cases.
In the event of a defect, please send the pair of contact lenses back to us for proof to the address indicated on the bubble wrap, specifying the defect in writing if it is not your fault. We will take care of replacing the defective product with a new one as soon as possible.
